an article on never-till agriculture

a few days ago I found an article on never-till farming that I thought was interesting... that is, until a scientist friend gave me some very compelling reasons to believe that the article might actually be a sort of FrankenCombo of valid scientific data and wishful thinking on the part of the pesticide industry.
